Terms of Service

What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website and any service we provide. By calling us, submitting a form, or scheduling work, you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
Quotes and estimates
- Verbal phone estimates are indications, not binding prices. A binding quote is one we provide in writing after a tech has assessed the job in person.
- Free in-home quotes are always free — no charge, no obligation. If we can't be honest about that, we don't deserve the job.
- Quotes assume normal access (no demolition required, no special permits beyond standard). If the job changes scope once we open walls or inspect equipment, we'll stop, explain, and give you a revised quote in writing before continuing.
Work and warranty
- All installation work is performed under our Florida HVAC contractor license (CAC1821906) and includes a labor warranty — specific duration listed on each written quote.
- Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty (typically 5–10 years on parts for residential AC). We register the warranty on your behalf at install.
- Repair work carries a 90-day labor warranty on the specific repair. If the same component fails within 90 days for the same cause, the return visit is free.
Payment
- Payment is due on job completion unless otherwise written in your quote. We accept card, check, and cash. Financing is available on approved credit.
- Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law.
Limitation of liability
We carry general liability insurance as a licensed Florida contractor. Our liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount you paid for that specific job. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., food spoilage during a repair window, lost business). This limitation doesn't apply where Florida law prohibits it.
Website use
- Content on this site (text, images, the mascot) is owned by Climate Rite. You can share links to pages; please don't republish content without permission.
- We make no guarantee that the site is error-free or uninterrupted. If something looks broken, please call us so we can fix it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Broward County, Florida, unless required otherwise by consumer protection law.
Severability
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
