We're a Florida HVAC contractor (FL License #CAC1821906). We collect information you give us — phone calls, form submissions, service-history details — to deliver AC service. We use anonymized analytics to understand what's working on this website. We don't sell your information.

From you, directly

• Phone calls — your phone number (caller ID), the nature of your AC issue, your service address if you share it.
• Form submissions— name, phone, email, service address, the description you write in the "problem" field of our quote form.
• Service records— once we've done work for you, we keep records of the equipment, parts used, and prior service so the next visit goes faster.

Automatically, when you browse the site

• Anonymized analytics via Google Analytics 4 — pages visited, time on page, approximate region (city/state), device type. IP addresses are anonymized.
• Advertising measurement via Google Ads — whether you arrived from an ad, which ad, whether you converted (called us, submitted the form).
• Functional cookies— remember your consent choice so we don't ask twice.

All analytics and ad cookies stay disabled until you accept them via the consent banner at the bottom of the screen. You can decline and still use the site normally — phones still work, forms still submit.

• To follow up after a job (warranty, maintenance reminders)
• To improve which pages and ads bring the right customers
• To meet our legal and tax obligations as a FL contractor

• Service providers we use to run the business — Google (Analytics, Ads), Formspree (our form host), accounting/CRM tools as we add them. Each is contractually limited to processing data on our behalf.
• Government and legal requests — if required by law (court order, regulator request).
• We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask us to delete your data, correct it, or send you a copy of what we have. Email or call — (954) 744-9846 — and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing your browser's storage for this site (the consent banner will reappear).

Form submissions travel over HTTPS. We don't store payment information on this site — payments happen in person or through invoiced billing. Service records are kept in business systems with standard access controls.

We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when material changes happen. If we add a new category of data collection or sharing, we'll surface it on the home page for at least 30 days.
